In 2015, we hired Dobberstine Custom Homes to completely renovate a 25 year old patio home. Dobbe provided excellent customer service beginning at the design phase, and lasting throughout the entire project. Before we started the project, Dobbe plotted out a very tight timeline involving at least a dozen contractors, which was strictly adhered to. Dobbe was also very sensitive to the budget which he monitored very closely. The end result was a beautiful "new" picture-perfect home that we love! Doberstine Custom Homes remodeled a villa that we purchased. Dobbe is very detail-oriented. He develops a timeline and manages his subcontractors to keep them on schedule. He listened to what we wanted and was very creative in changing existing space to meet our visions. Dobbe was on site daily to check on the subcontractors.
